Procedures

When you call our office, one of our customer representatives will take your job information.
Our customer service rep will explain our policies and schedule an appointment.
We will schedule a time and day that is convenient for you to meet with one of our skilled craftsmen.
Our craftsman will call you when he is on his way to introduce himself. He will get directions at that time from you if he needs them.
After his arrival, he will assess the work you need done (this is a free estimate). He will then call the office for pricing. If you agree on the price, he will be ready to get started. If you need to reschedule for another day, he will call the office to check his next opening.
Upon completion and approval that the job was done to your satisfaction, you can make payment by check to Affordable Handyman or our craftsman will call the office to have them run your charge card and then they will mail you the charge receipt.
All labor is guaranteed in writing for 1 year from date of service.
All estimates are good for 90 days.
